MEMXPRO M.2 2280 SATA PT31 is high-performance SATA III 6Gb/s solid state disk with 10K P/E cycle industrial 3D TLC NAND to boost system performance and enhances the endurance compared to 2D NAND SSDs. The PT31 series supports direct TLC mode whilst keeping its MLC-like performance with sequential read/write speeds of up to 560/525MB/s. Featuring LDPC ECC and RAID Engine technologies, PT31 series ensures data integrity and the safety of data transmission. Wide temperature -40°C to +85°C solution is available for embedded applications, industrial equipment, and edge devices operating in challenging environments.
