M.2 2280 PCIe PC32 is a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 32Gb/s interface flash module. PC32 NVMe series adopt Micron’s original 3D TLC with 10K endurance and SMI SM2262EN controller, and support pure SLC mode for entire drives with 40K endurance. PC32 M.2 2280 PCIe offers capacities from 80GB to 320GB and consistent sequential read/write speeds of up to 3250/2980MB/s. PC32 M.2 2280 PCIe greatly enhances computing performance and responsiveness on application launch speed and file loading time for server and time-critical AI and IoT applications. In a small M.2 2280 form factor, M.2 PCIe is ideal to operate with space constraints for host computing systems.
